As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and building our recruiting pipeline across Champion Window. Also, will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role and develop sourcing strategies to present top talent to fill critical needs.




· Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc. to identify top talent for current needs and develop pipeline for future openings

· Provide qualified candidates to recruiter and hiring managers to drive the interview process

· Develop collaborative relationships with Recruiters & Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs & drive a cross-functional team to achieve goals

· Create and implement innovate recruitment programs to attract and hire top talent

· Support Champion’s employment branding efforts

· Evaluate passive candidates’ requirements by studying job description & qualifications

· Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements

· Assist with phone screens and arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules

· Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training

· Other HR/recruiting projects as assigned




· Minimum of 2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience

· Experience with sourcing techniques, including creating Boolean strings and sourcing beyond resume databases

· Excellent communication – verbally screening/interviewing passive candidates

· Experience using a CRM or ATS a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Solid attendance record

· Strong organizational skills
