CHI Health at Home is seeking a self-motivated, strategic, innovative recruiting professional to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a full cycle recruiter to several home care and hospice agencies across multiple states with their staffing needs. It’s a high-volume recruiting role that will leverage your expertise to identify candidates, innovative sourcing techniques, and implement best practices and hiring strategies.
As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will have an opportunity to not only make a difference in the lives of our candidates as well as our patients/communities.
What you’ll do:
Build strong trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and staffing requirements, ensuring the highest quality of candidates are presented.
Pro-actively and strategically sources candidate pipeline, using a variety of techniques and resources including (but not limited to) social media, current employees, previous/current applications, hiring events, community partners and schools/colleges.
Manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
Assess applicant qualifications by screening, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and verifying applicant-provided information comparing qualifications to job requirements. Makes recommendation to move the candidate(s) forward in the interview process.
Schedule interviews for candidates including coordination with interview teams.
Dispositions candidates and offers with a high level of accuracy.
Document discussions, interview notes, offers and feedback in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of healthcare recruiting experience, ability to create a pipeline of candidates with innovative recruitment strategies.
Candidates must be located near Cincinnati, OH.
