Human Resources Generalist

The CORDENTAL Human Resources team is excited to accept applications for an HR Generalist.

This new position will serve as the initial contact for HR inquiries from prospective employees, current employees, and managers. The HR Generalist will provide prompt, efficient, and professional responses to common and easy HR questions; directing complex questions to the appropriate HR subject matter expert or operations manager. Staffing and onboarding are primary responsibilities of this role. When time allows, the HR Generalist will assist with benefit/leave management, process improvement, and policy development. The Generalist will serve as a key member of the HR Team in supporting the department’s commitment to Cordental’ s mission and COR values; providing excellent customer service and support to current and prospective employees. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2-3 years HR related experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
