Type of Work Environment: Hybrid, with some time spent at the culture hub in Blue Ash
Number of Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week, depending on recruiting needs
Office Regular Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
Summary
We are currently in need of a Technology and Engineering Contract Recruiter who can manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process on a temporary or project-specific basis. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Recruiting Needs:
– Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and overall organizational needs. Developing Recruitment Strategies:
– Creating and implementing effective strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging various sourcing channels.
Sourcing Candidates:
– Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Screening and Interviewing:
– Conducting phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Managing the Candidate Pipeline:
– Tracking candidates through the recruitment process, providing regular updates to hiring managers, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:
– Providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Facilitating the Offer Process:
– Assisting with offer negotiations and onboarding new hires.
Building Relationships:
– Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other recruitment partners.
Adhering to Compliance:
– Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Studies, or related field, or the equivalent of education and experience
– Proven track record of experience and success, recruiting in Technology and Engineering industries
– Communication Skills, verbal and written
– Ability to build and maintain effective, cross-functional relationships
– At least 4 – 5 years managing the recruiting lifecycle:
1. Sourcing Expertise, especially in Technology and Engineering to include, knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Interviewing Skills, with ability to conduct effective interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit.
3. Organizational Skills, showing advanced proficiency in organizational and time management skills to manage multiple openings and deadlines.
4. Adaptability, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Technical Skills, with proficient use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology. Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP’s Recruitment tools preferred.
