4. Contact and maintain good relationship with clients.
5. Interview candidate by phone or online to gather information to find if candidate is qualified.
6. Maintain and update candidate information in internal database.
7. Create an official recommendation comment of candidates for recommend candidate to the clients.
8. Schedule interview for clients and remind and follow up for interviews.
9. Consult candidates for finding jobs and support interviews by giving them information about clients or interviewers and/or interview training.
10. Follow up candidates after placing.
