Overview

Tooling company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist.

Duties:
Update Human Resources policies and procedures that cover functional areas.
Collects and analyzes HR relate data, and then makes recommendations to management.
Recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.
Proceed internal project and maintain good relationship with each functions’ managers.

Requirements:
Over Associate Degree in HR or Communication field would be preferred.
Certification as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
Fluent in English language(both verbally and in writing to promote communication).
Over 5 years experience in HR Generalist or related at manufacturers or similar industry.
Excellent communication skills and computer skills.
Must be familiar with variety of practical HR tasks.
