Career Opportunity – Human Resources Generalist with CTL Engineering in Columbus, OH

As the Human Resources Generalist at CTL Engineering, you will serve as the primary administrative support for all Human Resources and hiring needs for the organization. You will coordinate the recruiting and onboarding process between internal managers and external agencies. You will be a point of contact to employees for benefits and other employee related questions and provide support for CTL policies and procedures. This is a very hands-on position as you will also be responsible for managing the HRIS system and related data entry, processing new hires, pay changes, and status updates.
To be considered, you will have the following:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Minimum of 3-5 year’s Human Resources Generalist experience.
Experience in recruiting is a plus.
HR Certifications PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred.
Strong working knowledge of human resources and labor laws regulations and policies for state, local, and federal adherence, as they relate to employees, hiring, interviewing, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Excel and Word and affiliated software packages.
Strong communication skills required.
