Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to work for a privately owned company at our headquarters in downtown Cincinnati. The successful candidate will be responsible for reports concerning employee engagement, policies, training and development, as well as other HR Generalist duties. The idea candidate must be able to work with a diverse and culturally mixed staff among many departments. A sense of urgency and the desire to produce results are a key factor in selecting the right candidate for the position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Develop programs that enhances employee relations and introduce new employees to our corporate culture.
Manage the new hire orientation process and continue to create new and innovative ways to employee engagement.
Manage a team of HR Generalist to ensure that productivity in different HR areas are properly being adhered too.
Be responsible for managing WC and unemployment claims as well as investigations
Manage a diverse team of HR professionals in a close setting.
Collectively work with other team members and leadership that effectively produces results.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field.
5-7 years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position.
Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of HR Generalist related industry topics.
Ability to work in a diverse professional setting with a mixture of cultures and skill sets.
