Job Skills / Responsibilities
Ensures monthly and quarterly report packages are complete and accurate.
Oversee employee enrollment, distributions, and loans for 401k plans.
Prepares schedules for individual bonus letters for management and administrative associates for approval and submission to Executive Administrative Assistant.
Ensures all benefits are administered properly (short and long-term disability, FMLA, COBRA, workers compensation, unemployment claims, insurance, etc.)
Sets up schedule used to manage performance evaluations and salary changes and ensures proper completion.
Updates appropriate documentation for all benefit changes.
Manages benefits onboarding for all new associates and training on our offerings.
Oversees open enrollment training, communication, compliance, and quotes.
