Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is recruiting for an energetic Human Resources Coordinator. This position will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, coordinating general Human Resources activities, overseeing the internship program and serving as an integral member of the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source talented and diverse social services, behavioral health care, medical professionals, and other candidates through traditional job boards as well as innovative and creative methods.
  • Coordinates all internal and external job postings.
  • Screens resumes for job requirement specifications.
  • Maintains and manages candidate flow from sourcing through hiring stages.
  • Accurately tracks and reports candidate data and turnover statistics as required for AA/EEO and related Federal contractor compliance.
  • Initiates background, fingerprint, and drug screen checks.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and departments to ensure hiring requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Builds, develops and maintains a pipeline of both passive and active qualified candidates.
  • Participates in job fairs.  Organizes recruiting events.
  • Tracks and coordinates intern sourcing.
  • Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers on a regular basis.
  • Ensures positive applicant experience throughout the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Reviews and writes job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 2 years Human Resources experience.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior recruiting experience (social service/behavioral healthcare preferred).
  • Experience using ADP or a similar ATS
  • Previous experience with data collection, management and analysis.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in terms of employee and applicant data as required by agency policy
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
