Job Title: Labor/ Employee Relations Specialist

Summary of Job Duties:
We serve the residents of Hamilton County inn more ways than you may realize!  In this role, you will investigate and report employee complaints and work closely with managers on employee relations matters for a large Hamilton County agency.

Investigates employee complaints
Counsel’s managers on employee relations matter
Collects, organizes, analyzes, and reports on employee and labor related information
Responds to records request
Act as Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and Civil Rights Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Three (3) years related experience
Additional experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
Our Ideal Candidate will have a PHR certification.
Work Location and Hours:
222 East Central Parkway Cincinnati, Oh. 45202 and Hybrid.
40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:30-5:30
