We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! In this role, you will make an impact by providing centralized HRIS support for 4,500 employees. We utilize Paycor to manage our recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, time management, and benefits administration. You will have an opportunity to partner with HR representatives in different Hamilton County offices to support their Human Resources data needs.

Summary of Job Duties:

HR System Administration: Provides general HRIS assistance to users; provides troubleshooting and technical assistance to users; maintains appropriate user-level security across the organization, responsible for granting users appropriate access in all HR systems; manages and troubleshoots system workflows; Serves as subject matter expert on HRIS processes, and activities.

HR Reporting: Prepares relevant HRIS reports for various department requests. Designs and schedules reports for end users; prepares reports in response to public records requests, and other inquiries; analyzes wide array of human resources data (time off programs, benefit programs, HR data, policies, etc.) to assist in program analysis and implementation.

HR Record Auditing: Audits reports for accuracy and consistency as needed (reporting from various vendors, FSA, HRIS projects, etc.) and resolves issues or discrepancies. Completes a variety of HR audits.

HR Product Implementations: Coordinates implementation of new functionality with applicable staff across all County entities; solicits team feedback and identifies overall needs of HRIS and end users; assists senior level HR staff with system updates and implementations; Serves as liaison between HR, Auditor/Payroll, Other County Departments, IT, and/or Vendor to address functionality issues. Documents and Develops end-user training on HRIS functionality.

Member of HR Team. Assist with other HR programs, projects and initiatives, as needed. Assists and advises management in HR programs, systems and processes of the County Personnel Department, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Three (3) years related experience
Additional experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
Our Ideal Candidate will have experience with Paycor or other HRIS System Administration

Flexible 40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:30-5:30
