Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, business partnering, and performance management.


  • Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources
  • Advise management and employees on the interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
  • Process new hires, changes in employment status, and terminations;
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations;
  • Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions and new hire meetings;
  • Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
  • Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
  • Design and conduct exit interviews;
  • Conduct employee and management training;


  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 – 7 years of experience in HR;
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
