Overview

HYBRID REMOTE PART TIME (30 HOURS) – Support the Human Resources Department in the areas of compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and analytics.  Perform diversified Human Resource duties as directed and according to company policies and procedures.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Run and distribute accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports including but not limited to benefit, headcount, overtime and new/hire reporting.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests to support all departments in a timely manner.
  • Respond and process all garnishment and medical support order requests and ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage service requests with vendors and from internal customers.
  • Process system updates including job codes, departments, locations, etc.
  • Submit regulatory reporting to parent company and government, including but not limited to EEO-1,
  • Veteran, AAP, DS-156E Visa, Casualty Renewals, Expatriate Fringe Benefits, Taxable Fringe Benefits, etc.
  • Develop process workflows, work instructions, test plans and training documentation as needed.
  • Provide support during benefits open enrollment.
  • Support wellness programs through engagement and communication to associates.
  • Provide support to payroll, creating Payroll Data Entry forms, running payroll, etc.
  • Develop and manage content for iNet.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of five years of experience in compensation, benefits and/or HRIS or equivalent.
    CPP, CCP, CBP or designation desirable.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills, ability to deliver financial data in a user friendly and relevant manner.
  • Ability to logically plan, organize and complete work assignments in individual and team settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.)
  • Proficient in HR systems similar to JD Edwards Payroll/HR, Kronos/ADP-e-Time.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation, benefit and payroll practices and issues.
