This opportunity is a crucial addition to staff and reports directly to the President with career growth potential based on performance as the company continues to execute strategic plans to expand manufacturing facility and increase full-time employees beyond the current total of 80.

Ideal hiring solution will have a stable and progressive professional career in manufacturing and be comfortable and motivated to wear multiple hats and execute individual and/or leadership duties in Finance & Accounting, Human Resources Management and/or HR Recruiting disciplines. The hiring solution could come from either of those professional disciplines provided that they have cross-functional hands-on experience and possess superior interpersonal and management capabilities to positively affect recruiting and retention efforts.

Requirements

-Minimum 10 years of progressive professional in Human Resources, Recruiting and Finance & Accounting, with a strong preference to candidate with significant manufacturing experience.

-Outstanding reputation for using interpersonal and communication skills to perform at a high level, as well as lead and develop others to achieve superior performance.
-Superior Microsoft Office, spreadsheet & enterprise database skills, with subsequent interpretation and analysis of data.
-Bachelor’s Degree
