Our client, one of the largest and oldest North American building products manufacturers is looking for a Senior Plant Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is part of the Executive Leadership team and will support all strategic HR initiatives as well as support the team in all HR matters.
Specifically looking for a strong relationship builder with HR generalist background, experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years of HR Management experience. Plant is non-union. Really want a person with non-union but will consider union background if he/she also had non-union experience.
