Great entry-level position offering the opportunity to learn many HR functions. The initial focus will be on mastering benefits and covering an HR Team member’s leave of absence. Work will include conducting new hire orientations, working with the benefits broker to administer current benefits, and educating employees on benefit options. The position will also include entering and managing data in the Paycor system.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm are important qualities in our environment, as well as attention to detail and follow through. Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills are needed.
