The ideal candidate for this role will have work experience aiding Human Resources through a diversity of professional, technical, and administrative duties with an analytical mind. Processes a wide range of human resource functions and handles questions from employees regarding benefits and employee services.
What you will be doing:
-Day-to-day payroll processing and benefits administration, including new hires, enrollments, life events, terminations, and bi-weekly running of payroll.
-Administer and manage annual benefits open enrollment through Paycor.
-Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the employee, company information, and records as the law requires.
-Review and analyze payroll and benefit reports
-Sets up meetings/conference rooms for all company employee events
-Launch and track the performance reviews in Paycor
-Act as primary point person to address employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
-Assists with administering and prepares reports for audits and compliance purposes for 401K, ESOP and Workers Compensation etc.
-Reconciles W-2, tax and ACA filing done through the payroll system.
-Report on payroll and benefits on a bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
-Drive continuous improvement and standardization within the functional area and voice recommendations.

-Perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities.
-High proficiency in Excel required.
-Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast and accurate manner
-A hardworking, service oriented and positive mindset.
-Work effectively with minimal direction, Self-starter
-Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
-Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft systems.
-2+ years of payroll and benefits experience
-Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship/relocation)
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Experience in Payroll and Benefits software, Paycor preferred
