We are seeking a dynamic and talented HR Client Solutions Manager who is an experienced HR practitioner that has the skills to consult with prospects to determine the best solutions to meet their needs across the entire spectrum of HR. In this role, you will help to grow the company brand and penetration within and beyond the Cincinnati region.
As The HR Client Solutions Manager, You Will:
- Network in the HR industry and within the community of non-for-profits, small business owners and large organizations.
- Develop leads and new accounts for the company through utilizing your network, reach outs, LI networking, and being a brand ambassador.
- Qualify in-bound leads through talking with a prospective client about their HR needs – talk through options with the client to understand their pain points, ideas, biggest need, budget, and timelines, often sharing recommendations and resources before a full proposal.
- Compose compelling HR solutions proposals, collaborating with Robin and the team for input.
- Keep yours and our efforts in check and organized within our CRM tool – it helps us track our activity, leads, notes, and priority sales. Utilize the team’s dashboards for maintaining sales forecasts, workloads, deals, and ongoing activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partnerships such as the Chamber of Commerce.
- Contribute to our HR articles, newsletters, and marketing content. Marshal resources for other similar internal projects.
What You Will Bring:
- 10+ years of broad HR experience in most areas such as benefits, compensation, performance management, payroll, employee communications, training, recruiting, compliance, culture, and engagement.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related course of study
- A true passion and excitement for client management, exceeding targets, and developing new business; Ideally, you’ll have 1-3 years of past or recent sales and business development managing client relationships in an HR consultative role.
- You’ll get the process and how to be a true consultative sales and relationship manager – it’s not really sales, but more about helping companies get the HR they need
- Experience in business networking, identifying prospective clients, as well as creating and implementing approaches to engage prospects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, extremely detail-oriented, a strategic mindset, and collaborative team player
