Position Summary:
We are looking for a Hiring Manager to work directly with our current VP of Administration. Your aim is to recruit, hire, and grow the company with human resources. Hires are both 1099 contractors and W2 employees. All hires are to be vetted, tested, and ultimately provide value to the company.

In this role you will
Work closely with VP of Administration
Oversee day-to-day hiring
Recruit 1099s and W2s
Post positions on various hiring boards
Evaluate applications
Conduct pre-screens and interviews (mostly via Zoom)
Evaluate the candidate bases on interviews and exam marks
Perform reference calls
Extend job offers and handles contracts and all contract amendments
Increase financial performance of company with great hires
Communicate well with operation and training managers
Measure hiring metrics
Achieve hiring goals
Perform other related duties as assigned by upper management
Live and teach the company’s values and mission

Salary Range:
$45-55k plus benefits based on experience.

BA in Human resources or experience in Hiring
Experience with Windows 10
Experienced with Google Drive and Gmail
