Job Summary:

The Training Admin works with the Training and Development Manager and various other groups to assist in coordinating training, record keeping, reporting and other day-to-day operations. The role will ensure data integrity within the learning management system (LMS) and will work closely with department managers and regional work sites to resolve problems or errors.

Essential Functions:

Provides technical support and assistance to end LMS users.
Aid in the development and distribution of reports in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise within the LMS platform that serves as the primary hub for distance learning.
Administers, scores, and logs results of qualifications, learning assessments, and scoring of tests and exams where appropriate.
Supports the organization and coordination of training sessions; reserves space for training, distributes materials (electronic, hard copy, etc.), and handles other similar details and tasks.
Assists with the development and maintenance of a company-wide training calendar; tracks required initial and refresher training schedules.
Opportunity to assist in recommending and developing content for required and development courses.
Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:


A high school diploma or GED is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field recommended
Training Requirements:

Experience as an instructional designer or LMS administrator in a corporate L&D environment is a definite plus for this role.
Skill Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years administrative support experience
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word applications
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Keen attention to detail and accuracy of work
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record of being reliable and dependable
Other information:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check
