This highly visible on site generalist will function as a 1 person HR department for 5+ separate non-profit groups within the WCCS Inc. program. 175 FTE / 5-8 Directors – Handling all HR functions for the agency including but not limited to:

  • Benefits management, enrollment, renewal and administration.
  • Employee training, data and file management.
  • Full life cycle recruiting, selection and on boarding.
  • Employee Engagement, recognition and celebrations.
  • Policy design, administration and implementation.
  • Employee relations, investigations and administration.
  • Compensation program management.
  • Performance / success management.
  • Safety / Workers Compensation.
