Hello, my name is Joe Groat and I have a bachelor’s degree and 15 years of customer service experience. The past two years I have been recruiting, managing people, payroll, scheduling, training and customer service. I've recently completed 3 human resources certification courses and my goal is to move into a full-time HR role. I am wanting to get the SHRM-CP certification. I enjoy helping people and I am very detailed oriented, reliable and quick to learn new information and processes. I have a physical disability and need to work in an office environment.
